How to: Create a custom AutoFill list from scratch.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu. Click the 'Custom Lists' tab, type the list entries, and add the list in the 'Options' dialog box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Custom Lists' tab.
3) Make sure that 'NEW LIST' is selected in the 'Custom Lists' list box.
4) Place the insertion point in the 'List Entries' list box.
5) Type the first entry.
6) Press ENTER after each entry.

7) Repeat steps 5) and 6) until all the entries are entered.
8) Click 'Add'.
9) Click 'OK'.
